GUARANTEE
Every recruitment process we conduct is covered by a guarantee. If during the guarantee period a candidate resigns or fails to meet expectations, we will resume the recruitment process at no additional charge.

PAY FOR PERFORMANCE
We do not charge prepayments or advances, and our remuneration is collected on a Success Fee basis – only when the candidate we recommend is hired, and its amount, i.e. a percentage of the candidate’s monthly salary, depending on the position of the recruited person.
